Sometimes I look back at my career and think to myself how uniquely precious it is because it's mine. Every milestone and accomplishment; every failure and mistake; I define success based on it all.
Several years ago, a great mentor told me that perseverance is the drive to work hard when no one is looking. He taught me that passion isn't the same as motivation, and one must always be clear on the difference.
Find your passion, but find your motivation as well.
